- A complimentary airport shuttle is included in this tour which can transport you from Fort Lauderdale to the hotel. We recommend you arrive by 6:00PM to allow time to collect your luggage, travel to the hotel and freshen up ahead of our welcome dinner scheduled for 7:30PM.
- When you arrive in Fort Lauderdale please call Wyndham Garden Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port (954) 212-9100 to utilize your shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel shuttle may take time to move a large group.
- We will arrive back into Fort Lauderdale at approximately 7:00AM. Our bus will then transport you to the airport to meet your return flight.
- We recommend booking a flight anytime after 11:00AM to allow time to check all luggage and make your way through security checkpoints.
Deposits, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

- Please note the airline ticket is your responsibility and we are not able to provide any refunds for your air tickets if you should need to change or cancel your travel plans.
- You can transfer your seat to anyone else you know up to the time of departure without penalty, there is no cost for name changes with ShortTrips.ca however please note that airlines generally do not allow name changes or if they do allow name changes, it's usually with a fee.

Travel Documents
- US Immigration requires that all travellers MUST have a passport (or Nexus or EDL cards). If you do not have a Canadian or USA passport, please make sure that you have the appropriate permissions or documentation to travel to the USA.
Emergency Medical/Travel Insurance
- Emergency medical insurance is required for this trip and we strongly recommend that you also purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event that you are not able travel on this tour at the last minute due to health or personal reasons.
