"The Phil Collins Story" Tribute Show at Fallsview Casino + Elegant High Tea Experience Overlooking Niagara Falls!

Set out on a memorable one-day getaway from Toronto to Niagara Falls, where timeless music, grand scenery, and a touch of Valentine’s season flair create a wonderfully balanced day.

We begin with a scenic drive to Niagara, followed by an elegant high tea experience at the Brock Hotel. We will be seated in the Prime Restaurant with sweeping views of the majestic Niagara Falls, enjoying fine teas and classic treats while the winter waters thunder below—a refined experience that truly feels special.

After the high tea experience we will travel to the Fallsview Casino Resort where you will have some free time to explore the casino floor, browse the shops, or relax and take in the atmosphere before the performance. Then it's on to the "The Phil Collins Story" tribute show at the Avalon Theatre inside the resort. With excellent mezzanine seating you’ll enjoy great views and sound as the production traces Collins’ remarkable career—from Genesis to his solo success and award-winning film work—brought to life through world-class musicians, stunning visuals, and state-of-the-art production.

After the final notes fade and the casino lights sparkle on, we regroup for a comfortable ride back to Toronto. Blending iconic music, one of the world’s most famous natural wonders, and the lively energy of Fallsview Casino, this thoughtfully paced day trip offers a warm seasonal escape with just the right hint of Valentine’s charm.

High Tea in the Elegant Fallsview Room

Due to the demands of serving a traditional high tea to a large group, we regret we’re unable to accommodate substitutions or special dietary requests, but guests are warmly invited to enjoy whatever delights appeal to them from the generous selection provided, see menu below.
Choice of one of two teas:
  1. Bold Assam Tea: A classic Assam black tea, full bodied in flavour with a robust character and earthy linger.
  2. White Tea: Peaches & Cream, a beautiful blend of white tea infused with the natural sweetness of peach and finished with a vanilla top note.

High Tea Menu (you receive all of the following)
  • House made scones with jam & cream.
  • Lobster roll with tobiko, wasabi shoots and tarragon yuzu aioli.
  • Shaved beef on brioche with horseradish goat cheese mousse & crispy onions.
  • Heritage chicken salad with dried apricot & cranberry in a rice paper roll.
  • Truffled creamy egg salad on a mini-croissant.
  • Cucumber & mint sandwiches with mint cream cheese on lightly  buttered crustless white bread.
  • and of course, an assortment of delectable pastries and handcrafted, house-made desserts—after all, no high tea would be complete without a tempting array of sweet treats to finish the experience on a delightful note!
