Due to scheduled annual maintenance at the Skylon Tower, dining rooms will vary by tour date. The menu remains the same regardless of dining location.

Saturday, January 17, 2026: Dinner will be held in the Revolving Dining Room.
Sunday, January 18, 2026: Dinner will be held in the Summit Suite Dining Room. All seats have a great view of the falls but the dining room does NOT revolve.
For passengers with mobility issues, please note that the washrooms are on the same level as the Summit Suite Dining Room. Those dining in the Revolving Dining Room have to climb some stairs to reach the washrooms.

Experience the Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewine Festival, a winter celebration of Canada's famous sweet icewine. Start by strolling through winery tents on Queen Street in the charming town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, where you can explore local shops, boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. And of course do some icewine tasting too!

Afterward, we'll head to Niagara Falls for an early dinner at the Skylon Tower, with stunning views of the American and Canadian falls as your backdrop. Check out the menu details at the bottom of this page and prepare for a delicious meal in an unforgettable setting!

Children 10+ are welcome on this tour, same price as adults. Children will not be allowed to purchase wine.

Tour Highlights

Niagara-On-The-Lake is transformed into a wintery wonderland, celebrating one of Canada’s most cherished products, Ontario Icewine. Oh, and it's not just icewine... you can sample lots of other wines and foods too.

Over 25 wineries from Niagara Region will be there to entice you with their icewines (and other wines too) and signature chefs will tempt you with icewine inspired culinary creations. Admire the the ice carvers create their amazing sculptures, listen to music and when you get cold, pop into any of the many restaurants and cafes to warm up a hot chocolate or perhaps something even stronger.

Check out the ice cream and gelato stores. Gelato in January? Why not?! :-)

Appetizer: French baguette with butter + chef’s salad with Italian dressing.

Entree: (Choice of one of the following 5 options, all entrees are served with roasted potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables). You will receive an email closer to the tour date to request your preference for dinner.
