Discover Niagara on this curated day that offers much more than a typical wine tour. Our journey begins at a picturesque Niagara vineyard, where you'll enjoy a guided wine tasting accompanied by a delicious charcuterie plate. The pairing of local wines and artisanal foods provides the perfect introduction to the region's renowned food and wine culture.

Following our tasting, you'll spend some free time in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, one of Canada's most beloved small towns. Browse charming boutiques, specialty shops, galleries, and cafés at your own pace and enjoy lunch at one of the many inviting restaurants that line the historic streets. Lunch is on your own and not included in the tour package.

In the afternoon, we'll visit a local venue celebrating two iconic Canadian treats. Enjoy both a maple syrup tasting and a chocolate tasting while learning about the production process behind these delicious products.

The culinary experience continues with a visit to one of our favourite Niagara restaurants where you'll enjoy tasting another flight of three selected wines before dinner. Following the tasting, sit back and enjoy a delicious dinner with your fellow travellers. See the menu at the bottom of this page.

​While many wine tours focus on squeezing in many tasting rooms and moving from one tasting room to the next, this experience has been designed to showcase the broader flavours and traditions on a more relaxed schedule. Combining wine, food pairings, free time in Niagara-on-the-Lake, maple products, chocolate, and a fabulous dining experience, this is a day of indulgence, discovery, and enjoyment from beginning to end.

  • ​Children 10+ are welcome on this tour, same price as adults. Children will not be allowed to purchase wine.

Dinner Menu

Our day concludes at a beloved family-style Italian restaurant known for its warm hospitality, relaxed atmosphere, and comforting old-world charm. You will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner beginning with a mixed green salad and bruschetta, followed by a choice of four carefully prepared entrées. Save room for a classic tiramisu dessert, with coffee, tea, and decaffeinated coffee included to complete this memorable Niagara dining experience.

Appetizers: Mixed green salad + Bruschetta.

Entree (choice of one of the following 4 options. You will receive an email closer to the trip date to ask for your entree selection in advance):
  1. Grilled Chicken: Grilled chicken breast topped with its own savory au jus. Served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
  2. Ossobuco: Tender veal shank slowly braised and deglazed with red wine, then simmered in a rich tomato-based sauce. Served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
  3. Linguine con vongole e gamberi: Linguine pasta tossed with fresh clams and shrimp in a flavorful tomato-based sauce.
  4. Gnocchi: Homemade gnocchi in a red pepper & cream based sauce (Vegetarian)

Dessert: Tiramisu 

Drinks: Your choice of fresh brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee or hot tea.
