Deposits, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • $99 deposit required to reserve your seat. Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled by Sat Feb 1, 2025. Remaining balance in full is due on Feb 1, 2025 and will be charged automatically if booking is not cancelled. No refunds after Feb 1, 2025.
  • If the tour has to be cancelled due to travel restrictions or government shutdowns, a full & prompt refund will be done regardless of how many days are left before departure.​
  • You can transfer your seat to anyone else you know up to the time of departure without penalty.

Travelling With Children

  • Tour restricted to adults 21+

Travel Documents

  • US Immigration requires that all travellers MUST have a passport (or Nexus or EDL cards).  If you do not have a Canadian or USA passport, please make sure that you have the appropriate permissions or documentation to travel to the USA. 
  • If you are denied entry to the US, sadly we will have to leave you at the border.
  • Sorry but no refunds if you are denied entry.

Emergency Medical Insurance

  • Emergency medical and trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Getting ill in the USA can be very expensive. 
  • If you are not covered by a workplace or some other blanket travel/medical insurance policy, please consider purchasing emergency medical insurance online from CAA or TD Insurance or RBC Insurance or Manulife.

The Seneca Niagara Casino Resort is rated a AAA Four Diamond hotel for its accommodations and unparalleled world-class gaming.

Enjoy dining, boutique shopping and luxurious hotel amenities, all within walking distance from Niagara Falls State Park and the magnificent Niagara Falls on the USA side of the border. You will have plenty of free time to take a walk to the falls if you wish although it may be a bit cold in early March.
The casino has 60 table games and over 2,500 slot machines, 12 dining establishments & bars, and deluxe retail stores, there's plenty to do in the casino to keep you occupied. 

FYI, all beverages including all alcoholic drinks and cocktails are free of charge at the casino as long as you are playing at a slot machine or one of the gaming tables. Remember to tip your server!
