4-Day Quebec City Ice Hotel & Winter TourQuebec City is a winter wonderland. The old European-style buildings are covered with a furry white blanket that sparkles in the sunlight and glistens at night, making this beautiful city even more enchanting. The highlights of this trip are of course a visit to the world famous ice hotel and the guided "behind the scenes" tour inside the Fairmont Château Frontenac.
Please note: We will only be touring the Ice Hotel, NOT staying in it! Our hotel is a fabulous property right in the middle of the Old Town Quebec City!
Our tour includes visiting the Montmorency Falls, getting a guided tour of Quebec City with a local tour guide, going to a sugar shack for a tour and a traditional Quebecois Maple syrup farm lunch and of course visiting the world famous Ice Hotel. One of the other highlights of this tour is a unique guided tour of the inside of the famous Le Château Frontenac. More than a hotel it is a Québec City icon. For over a century, it has perched atop Cape Diamond overlooking Dufferin Terrace and the St. Lawrence River. That's the Le Château Frontenac in the photo above. Included in this extended 4-day winter tour are a guided tour of the Morrin Centre, a national heritate site and home to one of the oldest prisons in Canada. We also visit the Museum of Civilization where you will learn more about captivating story of Quebec's history and culture and dive into interactive exhibits showcasing indigenous heritage that brings to life the vibrant past of the region. Delve into the intricate world of copper craftsmanship on this tour at the Albert Gilles Copper Art Museum, where every piece tells a story of passion and skill. - If the tour has to be cancelled due to travel restrictions or government shutdowns, a full & prompt refund will be done regardless of how many days are left before departure.
- You can transfer your seat to anyone else you know up to the time of departure without penalty.

Montmorency Falls
Just spectacular! There's no other word to describe the Montmorency Falls in winter. The falls are frozen over and one can only look up in awe at the wonders of nature. The upper section has a very nice walking trail where you can view the falls from a different viewpoint and you can also stand directly above the falls on the bridge, see photo above!
Quebec Old Town

This guided tour of the Chateau Frontenac visits parts of the hotel not normally available to the public. You will discover the famous people and historical events that have shaped the identity of this prestigious hotel over the years, as well as its architectural development and facelift undergone in recent years. The tour tries to include the following parts of the hotel subject to availability: Le Champlain Restaurant, Meetings & Conventions Floor, Salon Rose Room & The Grand Ball Room, Verchères Room and a view of the Chef's Gardens.
